Coffee morning - Tasadam's Inaugural Coffee meetup

Fri 19 Jun, 2009 1:45 pm

So if I know you, or I know of you because of this forum, and you are about the Devonport area on Saturday morning 20th June between say 9 and 11AM, since the weather is showery I thought I would offer to make the finest darned coffee that you can get to the first 6 or 8 (or more?) members or so that PM me and want to meet for a coffee at my place.
I will be online tomorrow from 7AM as well.

My machine -

Cheers
Adam.

What an offer, and I can't take it up because I'll be in Hobart :(

In Hobart, Villino in Criterion Street make the best coffee I have found down that way.

You'll just have to come to the next coffee day to find out.

I'll try & give everyone a bit more notice next time.
Corvus & walkinTas came for a coffee today, stayed chatting for a few hours, ate a bit of Boston Bun fresh from the Big Apple (still warm), and spent a bit of time with collective minds on "that game". A great morning, though the weather was a lot better than forecast so a bit of a shame to be inside. No regrets though, and I look forward to when next I can have some of you good folk with interesting stories over for a coffee and a yarn or two.
