Ben Lomond Descent

Just out of interest, is there anyone on this forum entering the Ben Lomond Descent?
Held on the first Sunday in August each year, you can enter as an individual or as a team; 16km mountain-bike, 11km canoeing, 9km run.

Me and a couple of mates are planning to enter as a team of which I will complete the running section of the event.

This sounds really good, sadly I don't have a canoe or mtb and I'm probably not fit enough either
