Ok so no one wants to see my undies but getting socks for xmas has suddenly become appealing.....

6 new pairs to go with my other pairs, guess who will never buy socks again

Lucky bugger! I need more too, as my original two pairs are starting to fade a bit now. I probably wont even claim warranty on them, as I've had such a good run.

I would claim them, I know its a bit harsh when they last for so long but they make the claim of unconditional guarantee and thats why we pay the premium......I claimed a new pair once

PS, Im not so lucky....its always my money that buys me the socks and undies of course

They did.
I sent them a very detailed photo of the socks with holes and suggested that posting them back to the US would defeat the purpose as I may as well just buy new ones, they sent me replacement socks and suggested in future I would need to return them
Great company.

A drawer full of Smartwool socks would have made me soooooooo happy. Alas, I got other nice things.
