TIP: The online Bushwalk Inventory System can help bushwalkers with a variety of bushwalk planning tasks, including: Manage which items they take bushwalking so that they do not forget anything they might need, plan meals for their walks, and automatically compile food/fuel shopping lists (lists of consumables) required to make and cook the meals for each walk. It is particularly useful for planning for groups who share food or other items, but is also useful for individual walkers.

If you are after a Lindal (screw on ) type canister usually called 220g (220/230g of gas plus 150g of canister) I think that you need to re-fill them yourself or use an adaptor.
So you can
1) get a butane spray can to Lindal valve adaptor BUT you need to have a PRE-HEAT tube on your gas stove (the type that allows using the canister upside down) something like a Kovea TKA 504
Do not attempt the above if you don't know what I am talking about here. (read up on this first)

2) transfer the butane from a spray can (camping stove type) to your Lindal valve cartridge.
How to do this second option was linked already in your previous post
