TIP: The online Bushwalk Inventory System can help bushwalkers with a variety of bushwalk planning tasks, including: Manage which items they take bushwalking so that they do not forget anything they might need, plan meals for their walks, and automatically compile food/fuel shopping lists (lists of consumables) required to make and cook the meals for each walk. It is particularly useful for planning for groups who share food or other items, but is also useful for individual walkers.

Best place is macpac, they usually can order in spares. There'll be no choice of poles unless you ask one of the pole manufacturers to make a custom set ($$$ and overkill, as the tent is designed for one strength of poles).
Men wanted for hazardous journey. Low wages, bitter cold, long hours of complete darkness. Safe return doubtful.

If you know the lengths of the poles it is possible to put some poles together from pole segments, shock cord and end tips. You can purchase Easton pole segments from Quest Outfitters: http://www.questoutfitters.com/tent_poles.htm#TENT POLES

You need to know or decide what diameter (or strength) of poles to go with and they may need a slight pre-bend depending on the radius of curvature of the poles in the tent design.

I imagine it will be helpful if you know the age of your Olympus as there may have been some minor changes over the years.
Macpac would be my personal first port of call :)
