TIP: The online Bushwalk Inventory System can help bushwalkers with a variety of bushwalk planning tasks, including: Manage which items they take bushwalking so that they do not forget anything they might need, plan meals for their walks, and automatically compile food/fuel shopping lists (lists of consumables) required to make and cook the meals for each walk. It is particularly useful for planning for groups who share food or other items, but is also useful for individual walkers.
For heating up a tent, it is a great price. In fact for the stove only (if like me you already have pipe and dumper) it is only $160. However I would think that cooking would be a very slow and fiddly process. For both cooking and heating I imagine the Ruta Locura WiFi should be a lot better http://www.rutalocura.com/wifi_stove.html still rounded walls for better combustion, probably easier and faster to build too.
