TIP: The online Bushwalk Inventory System can help bushwalkers with a variety of bushwalk planning tasks, including: Manage which items they take bushwalking so that they do not forget anything they might need, plan meals for their walks, and automatically compile food/fuel shopping lists (lists of consumables) required to make and cook the meals for each walk. It is particularly useful for planning for groups who share food or other items, but is also useful for individual walkers.

This stuff is heavier than just carrying a platypus bottle of single make scotch (or vodka, of that's what you prefer).
Men wanted for hazardous journey. Low wages, bitter cold, long hours of complete darkness. Safe return doubtful.

Just seems like a solution trying to find its problem. I wonder what other sorts of applications this could have, like could you have powdered fuel?

Seems alright, if they had a few other flavours I'd give it a whirl. Pat's Backcountry Beer looks like the best bet though, I can't wait until that goes on sale internationally.

I really struggle to understand why there are such 'risks of abuse'... how is it more concealable than the water bottles full of vodka or gin that get snuck into the footy?
