TIP: The online Bushwalk Inventory System can help bushwalkers with a variety of bushwalk planning tasks, including: Manage which items they take bushwalking so that they do not forget anything they might need, plan meals for their walks, and automatically compile food/fuel shopping lists (lists of consumables) required to make and cook the meals for each walk. It is particularly useful for planning for groups who share food or other items, but is also useful for individual walkers.

I saw these S10s on sale at Harvey Norman earlier this year for around $70. The other model they had the S20 was also around the same mark, maybe $75.

But they are a bit limited as GPS watches go. The S10 for example could only save 9 waypoints and I couldn't work out how to input a location without first going there and syncing GPS.

The S20 was initially shown with a dotmatrix screen, but when I saw it, the display was quite a poor LCD screen (not the dot matrix screen as initially shown in the pics).

But if you still want to have a look at these, Laser the company distributing these look like they are getting rid of their stock:

http://www.laserco.com.au/navig8r/sport ... VWATCH-S10 S10 - $58.48 + shipping
http://www.laserco.com.au/navig8r/sport ... WATCHS20-G S20 - $44.98 + shipping

Shipping to Melbourne was $12.10 for me.
