Bargain pouch at Officeworks

I just picked up a bargain at the Highett (Melbourne) Officeworks. They are small zippered pouches and were on sale for 10c each. I am not sure if they are specific to that store or not. They weigh about 19.5g with the cardboard tag and the plastic tag on the zip (which is quite thick, it could be removed to save weight). They are about 8 x 13cm in size.
