Hi,
I'm looking for someone to alter the sleeves on my nano air jacket.
It should be a fairly simple job but it's a bit beyond me to do it as properly as I'd like.
Remote repairs are the go-to, but they charge a premium and I'm keen to see if there's any other recommendations that may be a bit cheaper first.

What needs doing?
As somebody who can never find sleeves long enough all I can say is "Lucky you" I prefer sleeves I can pull down over my wrist and thumb for warmth in bad conditions so shortening may not always be the best thing, have you ever tired an old fashioned arm garter?

Leave it to Remote Repairs, absolutely. Especially if it is outdoor-oriented wear with specialised fabrics and machining. General tailors generally won't touch GoreTex or other specialised industry fabrics. This is where RR excels because they manufacture their own line of clothing and equipment too.
