Better Food for ADF?

Not sure how this will turn out in reality, but it sounds good. The ADF's food rations facility at Scottsdale in Tasmania is apparently going to be producing better quality food after its upgrade: http://www.abc.net.au/news/2014-11-05/d ... ection=tas

Is this still being sold commercially to the public as well? (I know it was for a while ages ago.)
