I don't own a dehydrator but considering getting on if the cost is right [ read ALDI special buy] and one thing I grow in abundance here is warrigal greens
Has anybody tried drying this stuff?
Like spinach it collapses to nothing when cooked or frozen and apart form the fact that it can concentrate salts it is nutritious and tasty
To good really to keep feeding it to the neighbours choox

I don't specifically know about warrigal greens but I do dehydrate spinach. After drying I usually pulse it in the blender very quickly to get it to a state like dried herbs. The spinach is added to cous cous to get a bit of veggie into dishes.
PS. I should note that I use frozen spinach and cook it with a bit of onion and garlic before dehydrating.
