After years of extended walking I did something different for my latest walk. I dry all my own fruit if possible and thought that as I was going to be doing an 18 day adventure it would be nice to include a treat in the daily fruit ration. In a small cyrovacced pack I had dried mango, banana, cranberries, dates, gojo berries, a couple of white chocolate drops!!!! a couple of almonds, and a small cherry ripe/picnic. I have found that by doing a daily small pack I rationed better and geees I enjoyed my daily ration on this walk.
