I have a bunch of questions and not a lot of answers and was hoping that someone could help me out...
- I've found these products in the U.S but am struggling to find them at home. Can anyone point me in the direction of a retailer or distributor who sell the stuff?
- Whilst I'm on the topic, has any one tried to dehydrate cream at home? What is the result?
- Also has anyone used xanthan gum in their foods? I'm considering using it as a thickener, but am open to alternatives.
In other news, I've near on perfected a homemade fully dehy thai-green curry, when I've ironed some minor things out, I'll post my recipe.
