Just tested a packet of Mama 'Handi Rice' from Thailand - it tasted quite good!
I had the Thai Red Curry (with shrimp) however there's also Thai Green Curry with Fish, Thai Curried Shrimp and Thai Vegetarian.

The packets are quite compact and weigh only 80gm but make up a delicious ~230gm snack/side dish.
Just add 150ml of boiling water, empty the liquid flavouring sauce in, ziplock the bag and wait 7minutes. Num... Num... Num... - Tasty!

I bought them at IGA for ~$2.25/packet

Sounds nice. Do you reckon a couple of them could make a decent sized meal for one adult?
