Game meats in Southern Tasmania?

Hey everyone,

Wouldn't mind making some roo/wallaby jerky for an upcoming trip of mine.. Does anyone have any knowledge of any game meat butchers in Southern Tasmania?
I would buy Lenah game meats from Woolworths but it's excessively expensive and they don't seem to have the lean cuts I want.

Drop me some recipes too if you have any!

Snug butcher has wallaby and rabbit although I'd call ahead to see which days they get fresh deliveries as otherwise they might only have frozen stuff. Vermeys in Sandy Bay often has game meats although they will cost you.
