I believe if you suspend the service you have to pay a $4.00 per month. Garmin does not charge if you suspend the service.

Really? Free? But there’s a $54 annual program fee that adds to the monthly fee or ‘free’ suspension.

Yes, there is an annual fee. Did I say there wasn't?
My comment was specific and in the context of the question about the suspension which as I understand is correct. Garmin does not charge a monthly fee.
