Hi There,
Hoping to get some feedback/experiences with people leaving their vehicles at Cradle Mountain whilst hiking the overland track? Is it safe?
Thanks in advance,
Emma

Unless the currawongs get hungry enough to learn a few new skills, it should be perfectly safe.

The area does get targeted by thieves on occassion though I don't know how frequently cars get broken into.
If you hae any concerns at all - I suggest you get the bus up from Launceston and leave your car at home.
