Overland in July_transport from Lake St Clair to Cradle Mt

Postby olo » Sun 25 May, 2014 12:29 pm

hi

Is anyone planning this hike between 8 July and 15 July? Dates may be slightly flexible depending on others. We (2 people from Melbourne travelling on a ferry) would have a car parked at either end and could do a car shuffle with someone walking in the other direction!, finding it very hard to find other affordable option.

Please let me know asap!

Alex

Id be very interested too, I'm interested in hiking part of the OT and surrounds, could join you heading to Cradle then I bring the car around to Cynthia Bay, park it there & explore to Byron Gap, Pine Valley and Windy Ridge. As I drive but wouldn't have a car to bring. I'm not commercial so it'd be very easy to work out. Pm for details.

The obvious affordable choice is Tassielink. Worked from me flying in from interstate.
