Giving this old thread another bump, with a screen shot of the latest Google Earth images dated July 2023 showing more detail of the empty sinkholes at the east end of Lake Sydney. Has anyone been in to Bobs/Boomerang recently?

There was a picture of a new bridge over Riveaux creek on facebook. This may mean you can drive closer to Farmhouse Creek than you have been able to for the last year or two. Nothing on the parks website.

There are roadworks happening at present with new bridges etc,not open to drive any further than temporary carpark though as yet.
On a positive note,someone has left a couple of old pushbikes at the trailhead for people to ride in further on I assume.
