Note that BOTH circuits are shown on the map on that page. But I will assume that you mean the longer circuit over Mt Graham with optional side-track to Mt Freycinet.
If you have time, spend 2 nights at Cooks Beach and spend a day walking to Bryans Beach. It's beautiful. Not a long walk but well worth it.
The walk between Cooks Beach and Wineglass Bay is quite a long day. If you're not a fast walker and you're planning to climb Mt Freycinet, then you may need to set your alarm early and start walking before dawn.
Last time I did this was in winter (short days) and we started in the dark in the morning, and finished in the dark in the evening. And the weather was perfect - still and sunny.
There is usually water in a tank at Cooks Beach, but you cannot be certain. And sometimes it will need to be filtered through a clean cloth (eg, hanky) to get rid of the mosquito larvae.
The possums (and wallabies) at the Wineglass Bay campsite like to tear holes in tents and chew holes in packs in order to get at any food that may be in them. Punching a possum through the wall of your tent is quite satisfying when you can hear it land with a 'thump' a moment later. But it won't stop it from trying again.
