I think you might be on Khopra Ridge on the path that leads towards Kayer Lake.

I'm on the opposite side of the Annapuna's to Poon Hill and Kayer Lake.

Tilicho lake is much closer but many more people pass through this spot than would visit Tilicho lake.

The focal destination of this hike is a small tarn, not the spectacular glacier ahead.

To help narrow it down, I'm in Canada. The loop trail I'm on has the same name as the tarn it visits.
The main trail to get here takes the name of the glacier ahead.

The glacier and adjacent peak (under cloud) may have been named by someone in high authority, perhaps the almighty?
I was just happy to see them from well above the deck...
