You might ask, why two lighthouses at the same location?
Well, both are historic, built many years apart, and it has something to do with the weather.

I've had to google both your answers so i guess my knowledge of Spain is still not very good despite 3 trips there. At the top of this canyon/valley is a spectacular pass leading to an equally speccy canyon/valley in another country.

Yes its Ordesa canyon/valley, at the head of which is Breche de Roland and Cirque de Gavarine.

I've been fortunate to enjoy a number of international destinations, but I'm not sure I'd want to be anywhere except here for the time being.

Where am I having a stroll in North America? This open area is named after the wildlife that often visits here:

Well, 50% correct and it's time to move on. This is Moose Meadow at Girdwood south of Anchorage.
