I don't remember Daisy looking quite like that, I thought there was more pencil pine around than that. I camped on the edge of a little forest there.

This one should be easy - What peak am I looking at and where am I looking from?

You are somewhat correct, the bay is called moorina where that arch is, BUT this is not it. I posted that pic with my wife and sister in law standing under it a few months ago in the game.

This location is a touch more remote than bruny!

Yep Andrew is right it is Mayfield Flats but it is looking at Mt Roogona.
So anyone can go.

I'd say you're right eggs. I just went through my own photos and found an identical shot on a clear day, it's from the Leven Canyon Lookout.
Good spot to look down into the canyon and further afield across to Black Bluff.

Yep eggs is right I went up there the other weekend to ckeck out the work they have been doing to the track, it's fantastic.
