I think you are looking up at Marmot Basin ski resort near Jasper.

I can see the chair lift at the top so I am going to go for a process of elimination as I do not recognise the picture. I'll go for looking up at Whistler/Blackcomb.

Correct. I can't remember where I took this from but you can just see the Cloudraker Skybridge on Whistler Mountain if you zoom in. Was an eerie walk across in the cloud.

Name of the range, where there are multiple well known ski resorts and the nearby city is well known for closing on Sunday for religious reasons.
