You're right on Teddy's, well done. The camp's on the saddle between Terrible and Paddy Rush's. Lovely place to watch the sunrise (and sunset), especially with a bit of snow.
Not Leo for the trig, though. The summit is in the photo and as that's a sunrise, you'd need a 270 degree view to fit in Leo. It's actually Drift Hill, which is the one with the cloud . Lovely little walk from Teddy's.

Righto Bluey, your go.

Cheers NNW!

I apologise for the terrible photo but we have all ours stored on an external drive which ain't near the computer at the moment so I'm afraid it's a photo of a photo.

Carlotta's arch, Jenolan Caves. Six foot track

Really easy one to turn it over. What iconic track in NSW have I just finished (or started) and what it the structure I'm looking at.

Sold! All yours John.

I was going to put a photo of the rain gauge and ask where this structure is and why are you so damn happy to reach it but I thought it would be a little obscure. Damn I hate that hill (well love hate :-)

Mt Townsend it is Bluegum...interesting note...Townsend used to be called Kosciuszko and Kosciuszko used to be called Townsend. Then they found out Kosciuszko was actually the smaller of the two and instead of confusing everyone they simply swapped their names. Over to you Bluegum!

I would like to believe that the current Townsend is actually higher. Much more interesting walk but best that the hordes don't all wander out there.

I agree. Actually when I did this walk and took this photo I originally though it was Kosciuszko. My mud map was very muddy ;)

I agree John. Kosi looks like a hill vs Townsend is a far more majestic beastie.

Let me look on my photos on my phone otherwise I'll post when I get home in an hour or two.

Partially correct Vern. It is the Shoalhaven River but not Bungonia, although it is in the same general area.
I'm looking for the name of the track or geographical feature I'm standing on, or a specifc location on the river below.
