Postby Overlandman » Mon 21 Jan, 2013 4:20 pm

From ABC News

A 23-year-old man is in hospital after falling from a cliff while rock-climbing in the Blue Mountains, west of Sydney.

Police say the man fell about 10 metres and landed on a ledge yesterday.

Paramedics treated him at the scene before he was carried out of the bush by rescuers.

He was taken to Westmead Hospital with serious head and internal injuries.
