Help kickstart the clean up of the Wollongambe!

Calling all canyoners and bushwalkers who love the Wollongambe River!
Your help is needed this weekend to help kickstart the clean-up of the 'Gambe - a river in a World Heritage Area that has been polluted with coal fines by Centennial Coal.
To date, the EPA has given a clean up notice to Centennial Coal.
(See http://www.colongwilderness.org.au/file ... y_2015.pdf)
Centennial has made attempts to clean up the spill gully ... but little or nothing is being done to clean the river.
So ... on Saturday, August 1 NPWS and EPA are planning to identify and map the extent of coal fines in the river.
Please help us to assess extent of the damage, so the clean up can begin.
