Dooragan / Nth Brother NP - Laurieton

Hi all,
I've been meaning to do the Brotherglen and Deauville trails at Dooragan / Nth Brother NP for a while but can't find much info on current status online. Looking at the maps and aerial photos, it looks like the western bottom end of the Brotherglen trail might or might not be a dead end as looks like it passes through private (residential!) property. Can anyone confirm that, and it's relatively easy to bush bash around beyond the end of the houses?

For Deauville seems obscure at the Brother Glen Rd. end - is there still a way out there?

Finally, if anyone's been there recently, reports on the trail conditions and botanics of the place would be greatly appreciated!
