Retreat in blue mountains

Postby Mrek » Sat 18 Aug, 2012 10:06 pm

Hi All,
I have been in Blue mountains only few times and looking for a place which would be quiet and close (max two hours) to the city. It may be not expensive cottage or camping area with access to water and electricity.

After busy time i need to spend couple of days just siting and doing nothing. Do you have any ideas i could check?

Cheers
Kamil

If you need onsite electricity at your campground, then I think your only option would be a caravan park - http://www.bmcc.nsw.gov.au/yourcouncil/ ... avanparks/

The Katoomba Falls caravan park is right near some beautiful lookouts and walking tracks, but there will also be a lot of other people around at those locations.
