suggestions for first overnighter (Illawarra)

I have finally convinced the missus to join me on a overnight walk and was thinking of doing Griffins Farm from Jacks corner in Kangaroo Valley, but she is a bit worried about the climb back out as this will be her first walk with a "Pack".
So I'm looking for suggestions in the Illawarra and Shoalhaven areas. say between 10-15k return, easy to medium grade , obviously with somewhere to camp and if its not to much to ask close to water or a view (or both
