The City Bushman

Postby Wollemi » Thu 26 Mar, 2015 7:26 pm

TVS - now. 8 - 8.30pm

Tonights program is the Lake Toolooma circuit in Heathcote (?) NP. And... Camp Coutts.

A TV program for bushwalking!

What's with the electro-dij music? No GoPro required, lol.

Cool he is back on -- is it a new series -- It was on about 4 years ago. Greg Morris was presenting it.

Me too, I've walked that circuit a number of times. I rang them and was told that episode will be repeated on Tuesday at 2pm (also at noon today - too late now and I'm not at home in any case :(). Hope I can tune in TVS, but according to their web site you can also stream through Apple Quick Time. They said you can download some programs (marked on their program guide apparently), but unfortunately not The City Bushman.

You can set it up on many hard disk recorders to record whenever it is on, or use Ice-TV to do it.

So, you just heard the disappointing weather forecast as you drove past Emu Plains? Or perhaps you are en-route back home, having chucked a U-ey* in Heathcote?
Never mind - NFP(?) telly station; TVS has The City Bushman on at 8pm again tonight, Friday.

* How does the Macquarie dictionary spell the colloquialism of a U-turn?
** Glad I practiced rolling a kayak on Wentworth Falls lake last night. Happy to have run along Narrow Neck twice this week. I do hope everybody gets something positive from this weekend.

It's region specific.....The NZ dictionary has it spelt, "Ewe turn".
