Overnight (or two) hikes on coastal areas east of sth Sydney

I am after some recommendations for two-three day hikes along the eastern coast of NSW. I have some work in Lucas Heights and would like to do a bit of hiking afterwards. A three day hike would be ideal.
Any recommendations?

The Coastal Walk in RNP? So close to your work. Generally 2 days but you can easily add a loop to the inner of RNP to turn it into a 3 days walk, and more interesting as a result. Was there just yesterday and it can be extremely hot on the walk in mid summer as costal vegetation offers little shelter.
