Ideas for day walks in Sydney region

Hello,
I came across this site and thought I'd ask for some ideas on some half to full day walks I could do in or around the greater Sydney region, particularly over summer when I have a bit more time to do some walking than I can normally do.
I have done many of the "popular" day bushwalks in the Greater Sydney area and when I decide I'd like to go out for a day walking I often get stuck for ideas, even after reading sites like Wildwalks, etc. I'm probably after something that is off the tourist trail but not too remote. I often walk by myself. I am happy to drive an hour or two to get to a walk (I have a 2WD). I like photography so something scenic is always good.
To give you some things I've already done for comparison - I have done the major walks at Wentworth Falls, Mt Solitary, Narrow Neck, Perry's Lookdown, Govett's Leap, quite a few of the Kurringai National Park walks between Hornsby and Brooklyn, I've done most of the Coast Track in the RNP, I've also done some less known walks like the tracks at Mountain Lagoon in Wollemi National Park.
Thanks in advance!
