Hi,
Does anyone know if breakfast creek in the blue mountains is running ?
It’s been pretty dry lately...
Thankyou!

What part of Breakfast Creek? I crossed Breakfast Creek at the base of Glenalan Spurs and then again at the base of Faithful Hound Ridge on 24 August and it was flowing at both locations then. I have found that Breakfast Creek can be flowing in one location but not another at times - it must flow underground in places.

Sadly at the junction of breakfast creek and the coxes river.... breakfast creek is completely dry and the coxed river had ceased to flow.

Wow, very surprised the Cox is not flowing. I was there maybe 3 months ago and it had a decent flow. And we have had quite a bit of rain since.

Rain on the coast - yes.
Rain inland of the Divide - no.
I remember coming down the Kanangra once when it was bone dry the whole way. Made for very fast travel.
Cheers
