Packhorse Track

I was planning a snow walk this winter around Falls Creek and came across this track completed in 2010. It's not on my map and google brings up very little, but apparently it goes from Howmans Gap to Falls Creek, Is it a refurbished track for Frying Pan Spur taking away the gradient of the current track or does it go up the other side of the resort road? If you could let me know that would be great. Thanks
