Anyone You Know?

Just wondering…

Don't stop there Travis, do another volume of "Waterfalls within 200km" etc. I can point you to some pearlers, unmapped. Bring a carton of books to a Glamping turnout, I'm sure you'll get people eager for a copy! I'm in!

Congratulations

I have got the books. I think the author has done well to find many un-mapped falls and he has recorded the coordinates and heights for each fall. HOWEVER a major concern of mine is he has also included information, including coordinates, of waterfalls in water catchments areas (no public access) and on private property where the land owner does not want the public coming onto their land. He has also included waterfalls in sensitive areas. This is a quote from his book - "I am fearful that the pristine nature of these falls may be compromised by their inclusion in this book as the area is delicate, muddy and erosion prone".  :? :?.

For those interested, the next waterfall book due out (that I know of) will be about the waterfalls of the Otways. It will be written by the authors of '250 Victorian Waterfalls' - Ray Barber and Ian Wacey with one or two other people also helping.
