Buying Jetboil Fuel enroute from Melb. Airport to Apollo Bay

Postby SueO1988 » Tue 30 Jun, 2015 3:59 pm

I will doing the Great Ocean Road in September and am trying to work out some logistics.
The plan thus far is to fly into Melbourne Airport arriving 9.20am, hire a car, drive to Apollo Bay and begin the walk at about 1pm. I'm after the quickest/most convenient place to buy a couple of 230g cannisters of jetboil jetpower fuel enroute, ideally without the need to go into Melbourne CBD.

Cheers

There is an Anaconda store in Hoppers Crossing which isn't too far off the Princes Hwy (main road between Melbourne and Geelong). They should sell them.
Sometimes, I use big words I don't always fully understand in an effort to make myself sound more photosynthesis.

There is also a Rays Outdoors just down the road too.
