Hi,
Can anyone provide a little more detail on the route into Northbrook Gorge from Lawnton Rd in the D'aguilar National Park.
I understand you head down Lawnton Rd and around Northbrook Mtn. Not sure where to leave the trail and head over Eagle Peak from the descriptions I have read. I don't have the topographical map yet which might make it obvious.
Reports that the Gorge filled with gravel after the 2012 floods but it still sounds like swim throughs are required in the upper reaches of Northbrook Creek, especially after some summer rain.
Thanks
