Bushwalk Australia

Hi - I am planning a day walk to Lake Skinner soon. I have read as many reviews as I can find but have found wildly varying times for the walk. I understand the km to be about 7km return, but the times of various blogs and track notes are from two hours return, right up to six hours return. Any advice on just how hard/lengthy this walk is? For moderate fitness/experience level? Thanks.

About 2 hours to get there, similar (maybe a bit quicker) on the way back. So a 4 hour round trip. With double that amount of time you can continue past Lake Skinner to the summit of Mt Snowy South and back.
