We did part of the Koolmoon Creek walk today - I ended up going from the Djilgarrah trailhead to the Walters Waterhole trailhead and found the trail pretty overgrown. Lots of trees down over the trail and the little detour trail to Walters Waterhole is a bit of a tunnel through greenery. If you go, really watch out for stinging trees as there is at least one on the trail to Walters Waterhole and they are hard to avoid as the trail is so narrow and grown in.
