Have a look at what some brain dead councilors were thinking of doing.
Definitely some intelligent life forms out there.

I read it. Can't speak for others. Isn't there already regulations on squatting?

Of course i read it and had a good laugh . I think druggies squatting in building is a bit different to my 3 year old camping in the back yard of the home we actually own.
I dont have and squatters in my back yard and if i did they would be very quickly rmoved.

Next christmas when i buy the little ones a new tent i must.

1. Dont forget the batteries for the torch.
2. Get a permit to erect the dome tent in my back yard.
3. Make sure i get a soil test an ecological study and a miners right so she can put 4 pegs into the earth.
4. Make sure the kids have a food handlers certificate just incase they want to eat a sandwich in the tent.

all good to to go. Have i missed anything. ?

They need to complete courses and exams to obtain those certificates! Takes about a year each.

Pigs will fly before an infringement is given to any 3 year old camping in the backyard.

We have a bloke on the adjoining property living full time in a tent. Looks to be a Kmart special with a bit of shade cloth over the top for some extra protection. Our neighbour lives in the house by herself and this is her way to earn a bit of extra income.

She has him parked next to her chook house so be gets to enjoy her rooster crowing at fairly regular intervals. He has been there for around 12 months so I guess it does not bother him.

It is not uncommon in this neck of the woods although he is the first bloke in a tent I have seen. Usually it is a caravan parked down the end of a paddock with some old pensioner trying to live cheaply.

Once the council cracks down and all these folk effectively become homeless we can all dip into out tax dollars to supply them with extra public housing.

Councillors - too many chiefs and not enough Indians.
I may be doing the typing but Steve Jobs is doing the spelling!

There's already a cure against squatters, it's called landmines.
