Castle Crag Lost World Mt Worendo Green Mountain

Hi all,
Has anyone done Moran Falls, Castle Crag, Lost World, Worendo Saddle, Echo Point to Green Mountain. I am going to get it a go on the October long weekend and would like to know about water availability. I would appreciate any input.
