The important bit is the acceptance that life is fatal. Nothing you can do about it. No big deal. Death is not a tragedy, its an unavoidable fact of life. So get over it.

Those of us who are old enough to be watching our parents and siblings die are well aware of this.
The only solution is to continue to live as best we can and try and leave the world a slightly better place
Beside which if we didn't die there would very soon be no room for our grandchildren.
Move over and make room for the next generations and hope they do a better job than we have
