Longer term planning for this?
Total eclipse lasts ~3 minutes.
Partial eclipse 2 to 3 hours.

Starts in the Kimberly, ends in Sydney.
Website with map, click on it for your location and get times and chance of cloud cover.

Note chance of cloud cover in Sydney is 1 in 2. Outback ~ 1 in 5.

For anyone who hasn't seen a solar eclipse before, note that 99% of totality is only about 1% as awesome as 100% totality. So make sure you are in the zone of totality.

No, I've never experienced a 100% total solar eclipse so I'm pretty excited to hear about this and I hope to be around to witness it, thanks Ribuck.
