I know about ITW - Fastex, although many of it's buckles are made in their NZ, USA or China office.

I have a local rope manufacturer in Melbourne, Whittam Ropes, who makes polyester webbing, lots of different ropes, and bungee/shock cord.

I am struggling to find others.

In that case I don't think it counts. I know the japara looms went to China ( the chief engineer used to live next door to me)
