I got around to ordering a bunch of stuff off Tiergear (thanks simonm) and spent two evenings making this tarp. It's yet to be seam sealed however I reckon it's pretty well finished.

1.5x2.8m, 250g (excluding lines and pegs), perfect for the solo trips or an awning for shade.

Total build time was around 6hrs including sewing machine jams, breakages etc.

Any MYOG is fantastic. Well done. A very functional tarp, and you can then dream of possible modifications, if necessary, down the track. The other lovely thing about MYOG is that you are very happy to fix anything that fails, coz there's no one else to blame!

Cheers all, I'm pretty stoked with it.

A bat decided to dump on it right after I took the photo.
