'I have looked into it and the design just does not scale up to work well with larger pots. If it could be done, I would have done it.'

Others suggest lesser gap all around the pot: 3/8" -1/2 " gap (10-13mm) http://qiwiz.net/Windscreens.html or even 1/4"! (6mm) https://www.flatcatgear.com/ocelet/ocelot-windscreensa good windscreen needs to be half-way up the side of the pot, at least a 3/4 wrap and you need a gap 'right around the pot' of about 15 – 20 mm.
Questions
- Lightweight and stable material advice?
Ti Foil Sheet - 0.1mm x 200mm x400mm/500mm https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/223740030556
Aluminium Flashing - 0.3mm x 230mm https://www.bunnings.com.au/consolidated-alloys-230-x-0-3mm-x-10m-weatherflash_p1100455
What's best /lightest way to stabilise/fasten windscreen given gap? Wire?
Could I safely increase 3/4 wrap to 80%?, 85%? (to use both in winter snow camping and summer)
Dimension advice?
Do my calculations allowing 15-20mm gap and 3/4 wrap seem OK?
- Diameter Pot D =150mm +30-40mm gap=D 180mm -190mm, Circumference =565m-597mm, 75% wrap= 424mm-448mm (25% gap= 141mm-150mm)
Height 100g canister + stove + 1/2 way up pot =190mm
Height 230g canister + stove + 1/2 way up pot =215mm
Thanks heaps
