Once an item is sold, found or thread is no longer needed we move it here. These maybe helpful for historic reasons.

Hi all,
I have for sale 1 unused Kathmandu Moonraker E-proof sleeping bag. This is a down sleeping bag rated to -6 degree C Comfort, -12 limit with a semi-waterproof back.
Size regular with a left hand zip, Russet/Orange in colour. It is a 'coffin' shape with hood and a box section at the bottom for your feet.
I purchased this for a 35 day trek i had planned for Nepal but unfortunately had to cancel. I can't see myself using this within the next few years so have decided to offload it.
Since purchase it has been hung up in a cupboard to air every couple of months or in its bag (not a compression bag).
Cost me $899.98 in October 2011. These are currently in sale so will Price match and do $350 firm whilst the sale lasts. Will post
Cheers,
Stu

Can't see there being too much need for something like this in Tassie, let alone the rest of Australia, so I imagine business might be a little slow on here! Have you tried listing it elsewhere? Not meaning to pry or be a pain, just don't reckon this will necessarily be the best forum for it!

Correct me if I'm wrong but that looks like a survival temperature rating- not one you'd actually want to be in...

Well spotted. Assuming it is the same as the one below, the important specs are -12C (Limit) and -6C (Comfort).

Stu, it's currently $299 at Kathmandu. If I was in the market for one, it would need to have a substantial discount to entice me to buy it without a warranty. FWIW I am not looking for anything this heavy, but if I were $200 delivered would make me think. Otherwise I would pay the difference for peace of mind.

299 now?! Cool. Well in that case the $200 delivered seems fair. If you're interested shout out.
