Aarn pacer 1 plus custom mesh inner (SYD NSW)

I purchased this new off a friend a while back and its been used twice (once on snow and the other time with the mesh inner). Both times used with a tyvek footprint which I'll include. Looking for $200 delivered OBO. The mesh inner was custom made by terrarosagear and it clips in the same as the normal solid inner so its still integral pitch. I'm only selling as I have a cuben solo tent and my hammock so its not getting the use (as I'm not getting anywhere with evil weather for quite some time :-)
